1U and 2.25U keycap designs for Hello? Caps for the Seoul Mechanical Keyboard Expo 2025
Introduction
I had the wonderful opportunity to create some designs for artist Hello? based off their existing hand sculpted keycaps. The primary focus for this project was to incorporate their two mascots into a design that would fit GMK electronic design's guidelines for double-shot molds.

​The final concept for the 1U design takes inspiration from the sculpt Bongo SPLAT v2 with the addition of the Vagabond squished together, seemingly as if they're in a photo booth. Taking that idea further, the 2.25U design has both mascots posing for a camera shot, with the text *안녕하세요 in the background.​

*Translates to "Hello" in Korean
